Every site visit, on record.

A visit without a record is a guess

When the buyer books, everyone remembers the visit differently.

  • “He came on his own”
  • Two partners claim one buyer
  • Proof lost in a WhatsApp group

Before: tag it in the builder’s group

Schedule the visit and the tag message is ready to copy, with the buyer’s number hidden.

At the site: start, end, done

The salesperson taps Start at the site and End when the visit is over.

  • GPS and time at both taps
  • Duration worked out for you
  • Rating and notes before saving

When two partners claim one buyer

For developers and mandate companies: every claim has a window, and clashes go to one queue.

  • Window starts at the first visit
  • Every decision keeps its reason
  • No approving a partner you manage
Resolving a clash between two partners who claim the same buyer

What the record proves, and what it doesn’t

  • When the visit started and ended
  • Where the phone was at both taps
  • Who tagged the buyer, and when

It doesn’t block a visit away from the site; managers check the map. It doesn’t decide brokerage; your agreement does.

Questions about visit records

How do you track site visits for a real estate sales team?

Schedule each visit in the CRM so a tag message goes to the builder’s group first. At the site, the salesperson taps Start and End: the app records GPS and time at both taps, the duration, a rating and notes. Managers see every visit, with both points on a map, against each lead.

Can a salesperson fake the location?

The location comes from the phone’s GPS at the start and end of the visit, and the manager sees both points on a map. The app doesn’t block a visit away from the site, and if GPS fails a visit can be started without it; that visit then shows no location. So check the map, as you would any record.

Does it work with no network at the site?

Yes, on the Android app. The visit is saved on the phone and syncs when the network is back.

Does the builder see our CRM?

No. Your team copies the tag message into the builder’s WhatsApp group; the builder sees only that message, with the buyer’s number hidden.

Does the record decide our brokerage?

No. It is a dated record of what your team did. Your agreement with the developer decides brokerage; the record gives you facts for that conversation.

Can we record revisits and the final walk?

Yes. Each visit is marked as a fresh visit, a revisit or a final walk, and each has its own start, end and notes.
