Questions developers ask
What should a CRM for a real estate developer do?
Route portal and ad leads to the right project team, get them called in time, settle channel partner claims with a dated record, check in walk-ins at the site, and send a daily MIS by itself. Do channel partners need a login or a paid seat?
No. Partners are records in your account, each with a partner code. Only your own team signs in and counts as users.
Who can change a claim after it is settled?
Only people you give claim permission, and only with a written reason. Every change stays in the claim history, and nobody can approve a partner they manage.
Can a CP see the status of his own buyer?
Not inside the app yet; there is no partner login. Your team can send him the visit tag or the claim decision on WhatsApp.
Does GPS prove the visit happened at the site?
It records GPS and time when the visit starts and ends, and you see both points on a map. It doesn’t block a visit far from the site, so a manager checks the map.
Can it track brokerage payouts and invoices?
Not yet. Add stages such as Brokerage due and Paid to your pipeline, and every booking moves through them.
Can we hold and book units?
Yes. Hold, book or release a unit against a lead, and every RM sees its status. There are no cost sheets or demand letters yet.
We use Sell.Do, LeadSquared or Excel. Can we move?
Yes. Export your leads to Excel and we import them with you, up to 5,000 rows at a time. We connect your portals and Meta forms on the same call.
We run several projects with separate teams. Does that work?
